About these terms

These terms apply to appointments, services, academy enrolment and the use of this website. The salon is The Napit Salon Unisex Academy, Raj Laxmi Bhavan, 488 Grand Trunk Road, Mahesh Bose Para, Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal 712202. By booking with us or using this website you agree to them.

Booking an appointment

A booking made on this website or on WhatsApp is a request. It is confirmed when the salon replies to you by phone, WhatsApp or message. We may suggest another time if the slot is not available.

Please give a correct name and a phone number we can reach. We use them only to manage your appointment.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are starting rates in Indian rupees. The final price depends on hair length, density, products used and the service chosen, and we tell you before we start. Payment is made at the salon. The website does not take online payments.

Cancelling, changing and arriving late

Please tell us as early as you can on +91 72788 21354 if you need to cancel or change your time, so we can offer the slot to someone else. If you arrive late, we may shorten the service or move it to another time so that the next client is not kept waiting.

Allergies, skin and health

Please tell us about allergies, skin or scalp conditions, pregnancy, medicines or earlier reactions before any service. We may do a patch test, change a product or decline a service if we think it is not safe for you. Results of hair, skin and makeup services can vary from person to person.

Our guarantee on services

If you are not happy with a service, tell us at the salon or within 3 days on +91 72788 21354 and we will try to put it right. We cannot promise exact results or refund services that were completed as agreed.

Academy courses

Course length, batch dates and fees are confirmed with you in writing before you join. A seat is held once the fee or booking amount agreed with the academy is paid. Certificates are given according to the course.

Using this website

The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to the salon or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us. Do not use the website to send false bookings, spam or anything unlawful, or to try to break into it.

Links to other websites

The website links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care of our clients and their belongings, and we keep the website accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the price of the service concerned. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal, after we have first tried to settle it with you.
